Samadhi turned five!
We had our fifth birthday charity fund raiser quiz extravaganza. thanks to everyone who came! we have lots more things on this month to celebrate! Click here for more info.
 Look out for Samadhi student (and teacher training graduate) David Montgomery (pictured right) in the upcoming Mardi Gras. With fellow Animal Liberation members, David joins the Dairy Devils who are promoting animal rights in this year's parade.
 Katie has recently returned from the San Francisco Yoga Journal Convention (which she attended with colleague and friend, Samadhi Yoga teacher Sue White) where amongst other amazing events she was able to participate in a day long intensive with musician Micheal Franti, and Jivamukti Yoga founders Sharon Gannon and David Life. Katie also spent time with her mentor and teacher Simon Low in the U.S. as well as sitting her Advanced Certification Jivamukti Yoga exam which she passed!  Samadhi Yoga has recently won an award through Marrickville Council for environmental awareness and efforts to run our business in a sustainably and environmentally throughtful way.
Sunday 2nd December was our Christmas celebration...and one of the best parties Samadhi Yoga has ever had! Congratulations to the happy couple who got married at Samadhi in the afternoon, the wedding was followed by a vegan feast!
Congratulations to our kundalini yoga teacher Aleta (and her partner Fletch) who recently had a beautiful baby boy whom they have named Sebastian. The whole family is happy, healthy and holy ... Sat Nam.

 Annie just gave birth to her beautiful baby boy Louis, both mum and bub are doing well. We send them much love (here they are!) ...
There is a trend at Samadhi Yoga for having babies and getting married! Katie started early this year with her wedding and the birth of her baby Christos in April.
 Amelia just got married and Patty was her celebrant! We were all very excited to attend (see photos)!
