Donna Farhi Donna Farhi is a yoga teacher who has been practicing for 30 years and teaching since 1982. She is one of the most sought after teachers in the world, leading intensives and teacher training programs internationally. Donna is best known for ther unique ability to help students and teachers embody their spiritual practice.
Simon Low
Simon began teaching in yoga and yoga therapy in the UK for over 15 years, and has developed a unique and personal teaching style. His classes are diverse, focused and fun. Simon is the principal of The Yoga Academy and was the original director and co-founder of Triyoga (UK). He now runs teacher trainings, weekend residentials, workshops & yoga holidays internationally throughout the year.
Alanna Kaivalya
Her foremost teachers are Sharon Gannon and David Life, the creators of Jivamukti Yoga, and through their grace, she also found Manorama, a sanskrit teacher who has graced Alanna with a deeper knowledge of how sound profoundly affects us on an energetic and cellular level. Her practice has also been heavily infused with the love-filled influence of Shri Dharma Mittra, a teacher who revealed the true devotional nature of asana practice. These profound teachings have liberated Alanna, and through that freedom, she offers teachings worldwide to students of yoga, exclusively in the Jivamukti tradition. As an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Instructor, she fills her classes with Nada (sound), Bhakti (devotion) and Shraddha (faith). Her classes feature an unyielding spirit for bringing yoga off the mat and into the world. Her face forward, charismatic style are the perfect platform for classes that are masterful, artistic, and fun.
Sarah Powers Sarah began teaching in 1987. She interweaves the insights & practices of Yoga & Buddhism. Her yoga style blends both a Yin sequence (long held poses to enhance the meridian & organ systems), combined with a flow or Yang practice. She draws from her studies in Psychology, various typer of meditation and Tantric & Dzogchen practices of Buddhism. She is co-founder of Metta Journeys, a charity devoted to help women & children in developing countries. Sarah lives with her husband Ty & teen-age daughter Imani-Jade in California.
Vibeke Murphy
Vibeke has been a registered, practicing chiropractor for 10 years. She has a science degree in anatomy and physiology as well as a Masters in Chiropractic. Vibeke currently runs her own chiropractic practice Bodybalance Wellness Centre in Darlinghurst. Vibeke has also been involved in the Samadhi teacher training program since its commencement in December 2002.
Har Simrat Kaur (Brie)
Har Simrat (aka Brie) is an experienced teacher of Kundalini, Hatha and Children’s yoga, who has loves spreading the joys of yoga in Sydney and Brisbane! She has taught Kundalini Yoga on the Samadhi Yoga teacher training for the past 2 years, having originally trained under Katie Manitsas before completing her Kundalini training under Yogi Bhajan in New Mexico (USA) – she loves to get to the source of the teachings! She is also currently training under Shakta Kaur Khalsa (international Kundalini and Children’s yoga teacher & author) to become a certified facilitator of the Radiant Child Yoga program.
