New Beginner's Course

Whether beginning yoga to gain fitness, strength and flexibility or to help calm a busy mind, our 8 week beginner's courses are a wonderful way to start.

Over the course of 8 weeks we will breakdown the fundamentals of yoga practice including physical postures as well as some breathing and meditation techniques.

Each week you will be given a handout to support what you have learned, and a little homework is encouraged!
You don't need to bring anything with you we have lots of mats and props, all you need to do is ware something comfortable!

Classes run from 7.30pm - 8.45pm over eight weeks for $108.

Please note that you are not able to switch between the Thursday and Tuesday, you need to attend the course you booked in for, you are not able to 'make up ' classes. Payments for all special events and workshops at Samadhi Yoga are non-refundable.  Payment in part or full confirms your place on a workshop, retreat or special event and is therefore binding.  In special circumstances if you are unable to attend an event for which you have booked we may offer a credit note, at our discretion. please click here for our refund policy
