Celebrating the Goddess an exploration of the Divine Mother – a weekend retreat at Vijayaloka
Friday 8th August 5.30pm - Sunday 10th August 3pm (for dinner at 6pm, first session is 8pm relaxation session, late comers welcome!) Early bird special $240, after 28th July $290 booking essential!
This retreat will include yoga asana, lots of devotional chanting, visualisation and meditation; all in honour of the Divine Mother.
Connecting to the Divine Mother in all her manifestations lifts our spiritual practice to a place of sweetness, nurturing and gentle energy. For this reason as well as some dynamic asana we will also practice restorative yoga and deep relaxation on this retreat.
