How To Find Bliss - Letting go of what is preventing it! Weekday Jivamukti yoga classes
Tues 3rd, Wed 4th and Thurs 5th June 3pm – 5pm
$25 per session or $65 for all three, booking essential

We begin a yoga practice to create more ease in our lives, only to discover even more challenges! The obstacles to the joy we seek are outlined in the yoga sutras. These obstacles, or kleshas, hold the key to what is creating the challenges, and how to release yourself from them. Learn about this magical piece of yoga philosophy through these 3 Jivamukti workshops. Each workshop will include asana, meditation, chanting and philosophy.

Tuesday 3rd - Avidya & Asmita (ignorance and egoism): We will look at the first two of the kleshas, and how they keep us from experiencing true happiness.

Wednesday 4th- Raga & Dvesha (attachment to pleasure and aversion to dislikes): In this workshop we will look at how to recognizing our habits and patterns to set new ones.

Thursday 5th -  Abhinivesha (fear): The greatest obstacle to the yogi is fear. We will explore fearlessness in this workshop and perhaps even overcome some fears in our yoga practice!
